Feeling it

I admit it – my plan has gone out the window like SO MANY OTHERS when we got punched in the mouth with COVID this year. I was stoked with the fitness I had built, the relationships I had grown with different companies, and the chance to race up and down the East Coast again. {insert sad trombone}

But what can you do about it? The only thing I have been able to do is try to focus on what I can control since there is so much going on right now that is out of our control. So to that end, I have come up with my adjusted plan for the rest of this year.

Shit’s Dropped Out Schedule

So the Ironman events have all been ‘rescheduled’ and the other events have been postponed, what does the rest of the year look like?

Quite a change from what the season started off with, but it is what it is. I am sure a few new things will pop up here and there (#CrossIsComing – just saying)… We have had SOOO much over the past few months, I am lucky that I can still be out there riding my bike and running around. I hope to see you out there soon and stay safe and healthy.
